How We Measure Success

Time Velocity

We don't count "tasks". We measure the reduction in end-to-end process time. If an invoice takes 4 days to approve manually, and our agent does it in 4 minutes, that is the metric that matters.

Manual data entry has a 2-4% error rate. Our validation scripts aim for <0.1%. We track every exception and failed run to iteratively harden the system.
